Lifting and Transferring

Overview

Lifting & Transferring is the process of physically moving a patient or a loved one. This module will provide you with step-by-step instruction for a variety of transfers, as well as a variety of tips for you to consider.

The video is broken down into specific scenes that demonstrate a separate technique for the different stages of the moving and transferring process. The video module can be stopped and restarted at any point in its play, allowing the user to make sure that the right technique is being employed at the right time or in the appropriate way.
